I am trying to finish everything that has to be finished and passed. I am doing my best to make the bestest report I could manage and there is one snag...the data does not match.
Not my fault really because I am not the one making the crime report for both Dumaguete city and negros oriental...
There is a huge discrepancy between the numbers in the consolidated data given by the city police from the one provided by the provincial police office. I am having a hard time understanding this discrepancy and trying my best to solve this. Maybe there are some underlying elements that I cannot see here. Maybe that element is the key to balance this chart that I had been trying to solve.
So much for being a mass communication student.So much for trying to get away from mathematics.
sometimes I hate myself for being so dumb in math...but not this time. I know for a fact that anybody who will see the reports will have a headache trying to understand the huge difference between the data in the city police report and the provincial police report.
