Yes, I did promise to start this school year right but I couldn't resist to skip the first day of classes (?).

I am bit confused actually because I know that the Commission on Higher Education has already released a memo which moves the opening of classes from June 8 to June 15. However, the university did not issue an announcement or whatever so a lot of students reported to school. Plus, instructors and deans are also around.
I think, somehow, CHED is also to be blamed by this confusion.

They should have given the announcement on a weekday so the students would be informed (or at least those who are still processing their enrollment) and not on a weekend. Students don't usually watch the news you know, especially on a weekend.
Now what? Are there classes or not?

Well, I wouldn't go to class today either way. If my teacher asks me why I'll just tell her that the CHED says so. lols. Besides it's the first day right? There won't be normal classes yet. So i'll probably just sit here the whole day and edit the remaining articles and that I wasn't able to edit last weekend.
But promise. When regular classes would really start or when this confusion is sorted out, I'll go to class right away and promise I won't miss a single meeting--or at least I'll try.

1 blabblers:
There shouldn't be any confusion because as per the CHED memo, resumption of classes have been moved to June 15. Notwithstanding the failure of the school to make an announcement, the CHED memo is clear. Actually, no need for a school announcement.
