a change is in order.

i am a person who eats more carbohydrates and high calorie food. i eat at least four to five times a day with snacks in between. i love eating burgers, pastas, pork chop, fries, ice-creams, pizza, and of course rice. if truth be told, i eat more than what people usually imagined. i don't have issues with my appetite.

my issue is my weight. i know, you would think that based on my confession, i may be fat or obese. well, truth is, i'm very thin and underweight.

there is something seriously wrong with this. don't you think?

aside from the possibility of me harboring an army of boa constrictors in my stomach, the only possible explanation would be that the food i'm eating may not be healthful enough for me. i mean, boa constrictors and metabolism aside, i should not be this thin nor underweight right?

normally, i don't care how i look like. my physical appearance is something that does not bother me. but to be told that you are underweight is another matter since this is not something that you can just disregard. i don't mind not being sexy or attractive as long as i am healthy and being underweight is surely the opposite of healthy.

so, i need o fix this. i need to exercise and watch what i eat. i mean, eat more food that are good for my health than junk foods, need to drink more milk and juices and avoid sodas as much as possible. i think i need to eat more veggies too.

my goal, gain weight before my birthday.
let's do it!!!
