i admit, when it comes to buying gadgets i am a total loser. i don't know which gadget is better than others and what each specifications mean or how it makes a difference. usually, like all ignorant people in the world, i go by the way something looks. which means that, if i think it looks cute or cool, i'll buy it.
i'm trying to decide if this camera is a good one. this is GE X500 and i like it because it looks like an SLR and i like the feeling of using the viewfinder instead of the usual LCD screen for most digital cameras.
i really like how it looks like but according to my former instructor (who happens to be a very good photographer), the reviews are not good for this one and the lens may easily break. i trust his opinion on this of course since he has more experience and knowledge with cameras than me and i did ask for his opinion on this one.
so now i am confused if i should buy this or look for another one.
so what do you think guys?
i mean, if you know something better then please share it.
what i'm looking for exactly is a camera that is similar to the x500 but is more reliable or at least have good reviews. i especially want the viewfinder and with good resolution. something cool but affordable. i know, there's not much choice here but who knows right???
