Did you know that its Philippine-Spanish friendship day today? Not that it matter to any of us really. But there it is.
I had been suffering from Allergic rhinitis (a.k.a hay fever) for days now and I'm barking like a dog. (who let the dogs out?!!) I've been taking antihistamine but its no longer working for me so I decided to consult my doctor about this. WTH, additional expenses again!
And speaking of doctor, I also need to have my medical certificate. And I have to visit an ophthalmologist for my (of course!) eyes. Need to regrade my eyeglasses since its been a year since the last time I used it. The pain in my eyes and the blinding headaches I often get can no longer be taken for granted because it has been affecting my work and my studies.
Wonder how I am able to face this computer and encode? Well, I need to use sunglasses to avoid hurting my eyes further. The glow of the monitor makes my head ache and wearing sunglasses lessens the pain. LOLS! Imagine, I'm inside the office and its past five in the afternoon and here I am wearing sunglasses!
I've been waiting for the internet connection to return because I need to research something and post something here. Unfortunately, now that the connection is back, I forgot what I am supposed to research or post.
Old age.

Currently interested in: the story of Armando Sierra.
LOLS.
Its actually a local story (almost everybody in Negros Oriental knows him) of a really wealthy man who was killed sometime in 1997 by either the RPA or the NPA.
People who told me the story says that before he died, Armando Sierra raped and killed a lot of women and buried them in the backyard of his mansion. Sounds like an urban legend right? Well, its not! It really happened and he did exist! His mansion still stands until now and rumor has it that its haunted. Well, if it is true that the bodies of the women he has killed were buried in there then its no longer surprising.
Unfortunately there are almost no online copies of the story. Only a very short article of his assasination.

Trying to live life one day at a time.
Trying to live up to what is expected of me.
Trying to get past the feeling of resignation.
