Let me teach you hiligaynon

Wala lang. Just like to.
Hiligaynon (Ilonggo) is one of the major dialects of the Philippines used mainly in western visayas and some parts of Mindanao.

Who knows, one of these days you might find yourself in Negros Occidental or Iloilo. Its always nice to know something about the local dialect. =)

Here's a few:

Let us begin with common greetings,

Good Morning- Maayong Aga
Good Noon- Maayong udto (or ugto)
Good Afternoon- Maayong Hapon
Good Evening- Maayong gab-i
How are you?- Kamusta ka na?
Where are you going?- Diin ka makadto?
Thank you very much- madamo guid nga salamat

Other common phrases:

Where can I find___?- Diin ko makita ang ___? (if asking for a place) or Diin ko makita si __ (if asking about a person)
I'm going to (name of place). - Makadto ko sa name of place.
I'm going to (name of person.- Makadto ko kay name of person
I'm hungry- Nagutom na ko.
Let's eat- kaon ta.
You are beautiful- Katahum sa imo. (when referring to a person i.e woman)
You are ugly- Kalaw-ay sa imo!
I want to eat- gusto ko mag-kaon
This is beautiful- Kanami sini. (referring to something)
Delicious!- Namit!
Ugly- law- ay (pronounced as, lao-ay)
I don't like you- indi ko namian sa imo. (or simply, indi ko sa imo!)
I like you- Nami-an ko sa imo.
I love you- Naluyag ko sa imo or (if you want to be really corny) Guina-higugma ko ikaw or Guina-higugma ta ka.
I hate you- Na-init ko sa imo.
I'm angry at you- Na-akig ko sa imo.
