Friend (F): Yanz, have you read my message to you in FB?
Me (M): No, I seldom use FB. All social networks are blocked in the office. Why? What was it about?
F: ah basta, you just read it na lang.
M: *eye balls rolling, mouth pouting*
Another message:
Friend 2: Yanz, I sent you a message in FB.
M: really? I seldom visit my account. Was it important?
F2: Not that much.
M: If it's important, you can just tell me now. I may not be able to read it until next millennium.
F2: Ay, just read it na lang.
(turned out, it was really important)
M (to myself): *shrugs* Ah ok!
Isn't it just so annoying that when you text people they won't reply but if you send them a message in FB or FS, they never fail to respond? A text message only costs P1. Computer rental costs P20. Haller?!!!
I especially hate it when you often see each other and they have to tell you something important but prefer to send you an email or a private message in social networks instead of telling you directly.
You know what guys? We can save a whole lot of time if we just say what we want right away. If you know my number then don't send me a message in any social network because I only visit those accounts once or twice a month. It would be better if you just send me an email instead because I check my email everyday.
Sometimes, the way people use technology can be so irritating.
