If you keep silent in the face of injustice, you are as good as tolerating it. By keeping your eyes close and your head turn to the other side, you are as good as telling others that committing injustices is alright as long as you don't see it and as long as it doesn't affect you.
If you think that these things could only happen to others, then you're wrong. Evil things could happen to anybody. Every human being, including you, has the potential to be a victim of injustices; of abuses. If we continue to close our eyes and zip our mouths against abuses, there will be no justice in this world.
