I had another silly moment this afternoon.
Well, its like this. I was sleepy and my head was throbbing. I was on my way home from my workplace. I was riding the jeepney with a wavemate when we passed by near Chinatown 888 ( one of the 'malls' here in Bacolod) and this cute (as in chinito, fair complexion, serious type, and atheltic built) guy got inside the jeepney. He sat beside my Wavemate and I whispered to her that the guy was cute. We were talking and I was staring at this guy. I got so engrossed looking at him that I did not realize that we were already near downtown and I was supposed to get off at LCC. I only realized that we were already in front of the Cathedral when the guy already told the driver that he was getting off. I was so surprised that I hurriedly get off the bus and almost bumped him.
The diyahe part is that, we were speaking in English the whole day that I did not notice that I was still speaking in English. I only realized my mistake when I noticed that the guy looked at us with his eyebrows together. His facial expression seemed to say, "ang arte naman!"...so embarrassing.
I am not arte, its just that code switching is really hard for me. If I speak in English the whole day then my mind stays in English mode even after work hours. So sometimes I don't realize I am still speaking in English...
...I'm just so hopeless when it comes to guys...there's always something that embarrasses me...=(

wow. i luv this post it's so cheeezy..haha.. well I don't think the guy thought it that way ahhhh.. I think in his mind he's thinking of this " wow this girl speaks well, she's brainy and she's for me but I don't think we will still see each other"...haha,, I am certain that you will still perceive each other some time..weeeeew..trust me u r not hopeless!
