clogged nose and the likes

and yes, for the nth time this year i am sick again. this is becoming a monthly thing and i am getting really tired of it. i don't know where i got this colds virus but i am so pissed off.

you see, the very reason why i always bring a santizer with me is because i want to avoid this. i know that i am a person highly susceptible to communicable and airborne diseases so as much as possible i want to protect myself.

i can take fever but not colds or coughs. i hate it especially when i get clogged nose, wheezy breathing and terrible headaches due to the said nose. i especially hate it when it is paired by coughs all these could affect my sleep and could hamper my much needed rest.

so the sanitizer. i bring the santizer with me wherever i go and i always make sure that i use it before i eat, after i used the restroom, rode in public transport and basically use it almost every minute of my life. i know hand to mouth is usually the way colds virus is spread and so i make sure i clean my hands to avoid it.

i also stay away from people with colds and did not even visit my workmate when she was hospitalized because she was coughing and wheezing. not that she can really pass that to me but simply because hospitals are just full of people with different kinds of illness that i can unwittingly acquire. as i have said, any kind of disease that can be communicated through air or hand contact is a threat to my life. i should have visited her instead--at least if i did i will have a reason why i got this stupid cold.

now here i am lying here in my bed. i just took Bioflu and Nafarin to ease this feeling. so far i am still having clogged and runny nose (two things i hate so much) and i do hope it is gone by the time i go back to work as i can no longer afford to lose anymore points. seriously.

i really hope june is the last and i don't get to feel this again by coming months. getting colds and flu every month is just so terrible. isn't having a menstrual period and dysmennorhea enough? do i really have to suffer through this every month as well?
