Who do you trust with your biggest secrets?
When it comes to secrets, I have learned a long time ago to trust only myself. It's not that I don't trust people, it's just that I don't want to tempt them to do something untrustworthy.
I always believe that when you tell a secret to someone, it cease to become a secret. Secrets are temptations. The moment you have it, you can't wait to spill it. It feels like, something is tugging you and telling you to spill the beans.
I can keep a secret, though I admit it is very hard. I hardly talk to anyone so I have really no choice but to keep it inside. Besides, I don't like people talking about things I don't wish for others to know so I do my best that if I know something that I feel like it should be kept (even though the person concerned may not have said so) I keep it a secret.
For me though, when it comes to secrets I only tell myself. I guess it is safer this way. At least if it spills, I will only have myself to blame.
