being unethical is not crime too.

yes, i agree with you mr. senator, committing plagiarism is not a crime. if you can't find a law against it, it cannot be called a crime. you know what we call it? we call it unethical. really unethical. and i am sure there is also no law about being unethical in this country. who can fault you for being unethical right? it's not a crime.
